It is a code sent via email, text message (SMS) or phone call that is on file with Farmers State Bank. These codes are good for one-time use in the system and expire after 15 minutes. The code allows you to register your computer for later use so you do not have to keep going through this process when you log-in to Online and Mobile Banking.
An Internet Cookie is a small piece of data sent from a website and stored in the user's web browser (IE, Chrome, Firefox, etc.) while the user is browsing. Cookies are useful because they allow browsers to remember specific information, such as usernames and passwords.
Your computer/anti-virus settings are set up to delete browser cookies and temporary internet files, which is deleting your FSB log-in information from your computer. You may need to adjust the settings to accept cookies during registration, if so desired. For security we would recommend not registering your browser, but getting an access code every time.
In order to access all the functions of Online Banking and to ensure your information is secure, we recommend you have the latest browser versions.

Electronic payments take up to three (3) business days from being scheduled. Since check payments rely on the United States Postal service, we suggest allowing seven (7) to ten (10) business days from the scheduled date. You can determine if payments are electronic or check by looking under the payee’s name within bill pay.
