We are proud to announce a new campaign to aid the Pikes Peak Library District in its effort to raise money for its new library branch being built in Falcon adjacent to our Falcon Branch. The new library will be a 6,000 square foot full service, state of the art facility that will serve El Paso County and the surrounding area. All entries have the same chance of winning. 1. To Enter for Weekly Drawing: A donation of at least $3.00 to Bucks for Books promotion will earn the individual a Books for Bucks window cling that needs to be displayed in the back window of the individual's vehicle. If the window cling is spotted by a Farmers State Bank Employee, the employee will enter the vehicle's license plate number in the weekly drawing. 2. To Enter the Grand Prize Drawing: An Individual must win a weekly drawing or open a Bucks for Books account between JUNE1, 2008 and JUNE 1, 2009. 3. Eligibility: Drawing is open to all legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. Employees of Pieper Bancorp, Inc. and its subsidiaries and their immediate families (spouse and parents, siblings and children, and each of their spouses, regardless of where they live) and persons living in the households of each of these individuals, whether related or not, are ineligible. The Drawing is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. 4. Drawings: Occur weekly between JUNE 1, 2008 and JUNE 1, 2009 leading up to the Grand Prize Drawing on or about JUNE 2, 2009 which will be conducted from eligible entries. There is no limit on the number of times an individual can win a weekly drawing or be entered into the Grand Prizes Drawing. 5. Odds: Actual odds of winning a prize depends upon the total number of eligible entries received. 6. Weekly Prizes: Fifty-one (51) Prizes consisting of one (1) $25.00 gift certificate to local Bucks for Books participating businesses per weekly drawing. 7. Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize consisting of one (1) Nintendo Wii® per eligible entry drawn. 8. Prize Restrictions: Prizes are not transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes permitted. Federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of a prize not specified are the responsibility of winner. 9. Prize Claims: Winning entries  will be posted on the Bucks for Books web page on Farmers State Bank's website (www.yourfsb.com) and sign notification in all three (3) Farmers State Bank locations. Winners will be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release, which must be returned prior to July 31, 2009 or the prize will be forfeited. If a prize is awarded to a business, it will be awarded to the business name and not the individual whose name appears on the business account. If the prize is unclaimed as of July 31, 2009, the prize will be forfeited. 10. Additional Terms: By participating, entrants agree to: a) the Official Rules and the decisions of Farmers State Bank which shall be final in all respects; and b) release, discharge, and hold harmless Pieper Bancorp, Inc., its subsidiaries, their directors, officers and employees from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the Drawing and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to, where legal, Sponsor's and it designees' use of his/her name and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation and, upon request, will provide consent to such use in writing. 11.  Limitation of Liability: The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Drawing if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of Drawing as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
